Tartar sauce


  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup riced or mashed potato

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp diced cucumber pickles

  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2  tsp Worcestershire (Lee & Perrins)

  • pinch of sea salt

Mix the mayonnaise, mashed potato, fresh lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Stir in the finely diced pickles, onion, and salt. Cover and refrigerate in a glass jar. Keeps about one week.
