Poke Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy sauce, low sodium (green label)

  • 1 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced, 45 degree angle

  • 4 oz. Yellow Onion, thinly sliced

  • 4 tbsp. Ginger, finely diced

  • 4 tbsp. Garlic, finely diced

  • 4 tbsp. Sesame oil

  • 3 tbsp. Sambal oelek

  • 2 tsp. Crushed red chili flakes

  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt


In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plastic container and cover. Label, date and refrigerate.
