Poke Marinade


  • 1 cup Soy sauce, low sodium (green label)

  • 1/2 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced, 45 degree angle

  • 2 tbsp. Ginger, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp. Garlic, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp. Sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp. Chipotle Puree (to taste)

  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt

In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plastic container and cover. Label, date and refrigerate.
