 The high level of flavour we are all striving for can only be obtained by making your food with top quality ingredients. The only way to achieve the intense three-dimensional tastes is either to make your sauces fresh, or pimp up the bottled ones with fresh ingredients.

Nothing remains fresh in any bottled or tin off the shelf. All the ingredients must be cooked in order to be safe. Add raw garlic or ginger puree, fresh squeezed lemon juice, or fresh herbs as a garnish or last moment stir in.

 

These fundamental ingredients are the beginning of all flavours that follow. If these aren't right, nothing done subsequently is going to fix that.
