 Baked swordfish parmesan

Ingredients (serves four)

  • 4 eight ounce swordfish steaks, about 3/4 of an inch thick

  • 8 heaping tablespoons of parmesan sauce (see below)


  • 1/2 cup of aiole

  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesean cheese

  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onion

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Place the Swordfish steaks on an oiled baking dish and spread the parmesean sauce evenly over the top of each steak. Bake at 400° F for about eight minutes when the sauce should be browned and the fish cooked.
